Banana Berry & Passionfruit Three Ingredient Smoothie *Video ♥

When I read the words “easy” and “recipe” together, it is like music to my ears. The idea of being able to make something crazy tasty with little to no effort is like music to my ears . The sweet, delicious thought of something tasty in front of me within a matter of minutes. Then, there are always the odd bad nuts – recipes that conveniently forget to tell you in the intro that you need to add an extra 153 minutes for the snack to marinate, set, rest or freezer; but of course it’s already too late as you are 3 steps in and lets be honest, you can’t turn back now?! The snack that was meant to take 5 minutes has now taken 158 minutes, you’re close to snack starvation and 3pm has turned to 6pm, which also translates to “hah, time for dinner. Missed that snack window, didn’t ya?”.

I know your struggles, and you may doubt me when I say this after every torturous snack horror story, but this is one snack that will literally only take 3 minutes, and 3 ingredients (the number 3 and snacks apparently fit hand in hand, as you can see in my last post).

1 banana + 180g pottle of Passionfruit Anchor Greek + 1 cup of berries = absolute smoothie heaven. Watch the video below to see how easy it really is ♥

You can also use my smoothie cubes recipe as the perfect addition to this smoothie for a thicker, colder treat. High in protein, low in fat,  and totally Insta worthy.

What three ingredients make for your perfect snack?
