This is officially my new favourite way to serve summer drinks, how beautiful does this pretty in pink summer beverage look!
I was sent some of Libertine Blends new Runaway Rose blend to try, and it has been so refreshing on this hot summers day. I steeped the loose leaf in hot water for 10 minutes, strained, then added a little sugar syrup with rosewater and the liquid from some frozen raspberries.
To make the ice cubes, I simply filled a muffin tray with water, added a few blueberries to each pan then put a few beautiful edible flowers in each. I then froze these overnight, and they make for the perfect addition to this rose blushed drink.
I can't make myself go back to normal ice cubes now, friends be prepared for edible flowers to be in attendance at every gathering this summer! Rhi xx
