We are nearly half way there! For day five, I bring you a deliciously simple sweet treat that is perfect for gifting this Christmas. This treat takes 5 ingredients, 5 minutes of your time and is a fairly clean treat option for those who are conscious of what they consume but still want to indulge over the holidays.
PB & J is one of my favourite flavour combinations, so I was super excited to have a play and see how I could transfer these flavours into a holiday treat. Roasted peanuts mimic the flavour of peanut butter, combined with sweet, chewy cranberries and tart freeze dried raspberries to complete the ultimate PB & J pairing. Finished with a sprinkling of sea salt, each morsel ticks all the right boxes.
